I am currently offering a paid position for a nutrition student to contribute to a cultural nutrition project. I am specifically seeking individuals from the following heritages:

• Lebanese or Egyptian
• Iranian
• Chinese
• Russian
• Armenian

The chosen candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of the cuisine and culture, including knowledge of food, traditional dishes, comfort foods, and holiday foods specific to the listed countries.
