Internship

Lahana Vigliano is the CEO of Thrival Nutrition and a board certified clinical nutritionist. She holds a Bachelor of Nutrition Science degree and is currently pursuing a Masters of Human Nutrition + Functional Medicine (will be completed by 2021). Gut health + hormones are her jam, as many symptoms show imbalances in these two areas of our body. She is obsessed with natural remedies, research, reading, weight lifting, and cooking. Outside of work, she is a mother of two and wife. Her family is the inspiration behind Thrival and continues to encourage her through everything.
