Join our rapidly growing team at Diabetes Digital, founded by expert dietitians and CDCESs Wendy Lopez and Jessica Jones, where we're transforming diabetes care with a compassionate, patient-centered approach. We're seeking a Remote Registered Dietitian based in Oregon to join us in challenging conventional norms and revolutionizing diabetes care. In this part-time role, you'll provide 1:1 nutrition counseling, support behavior change, and facilitate telehealth video visits, all while ensuring the care is culturally inclusive and weight-inclusive. Job Expectation : 📍 Oregon 💼 Part-Time with potential to transition to Full-Time after 6 months of outstanding performance 💰 Competitive pay: $55-60 per client-facing hour (minimum 20 hours per week) and $30 per admin hour. Potential to go full-time salaried with benefits (including health benefits) after at least 6 months of satisfactory performance.Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 virtual nutrition counseling to clients with diabetes, prediabetes, PCOS, and metabolic conditions Support behavior change through motivational interviewing techniques Conduct telehealth visits (phone/video/chat) for a diverse clientele (70% of our clients identify as BIPOC) Complete assessments, follow-up notes, and documentation on time Collaborate with healthcare providers to streamline patient care Attend weekly supervision meetings and team huddles Billing and scheduling tasks, ensuring accuracy in client records Required Qualifications: Licensed in Nutrition/Dietetics in Oregon 1-3 years of experience in outpatient counseling (diabetes MNT preferred) Familiarity or willingness to learn Health at Every Size (HAES) and Intuitive Eating approaches Strong commitment to social justice and supporting marginalized clients Adaptable, organized, and ready to learn new systems and methods Active RD Registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) CDCES credential (a plus!)
